Search Console, the way your phone works.
All websites at onceSign in with Google and every website from Search Console is there. Nothing to set up, no projects to sort.
Compared with beforeClicks, impressions, CTR and position for 7 days up to 16 months, each against the period before, with a chart you can scrub through.
Queries and pagesWhich queries bring visitors, which pages they land on, and what is winning, losing or new. Opportunities show what ranks on positions 4 to 10.
History that staysGoogle keeps 16 months. Visola keeps the daily totals of every website on your device, for as long as you keep the app.
Several accountsYour own websites and your clients’ in one list, even when they sit in different Google accounts.
Countries and devicesWhere your visitors search from and whether they use a phone, a tablet or a computer.
Next: widgets for the Home Screen and the numbers from Bing Webmaster Tools next to Google’s.
Your numbers stay with you.
Visola has no server. It asks Google directly from your device, with read-only access, and keeps the answers there. No account with me, no analytics, no tracking. The App Store label says it plainly: no data collected.
Questions
Is Visola made by Google?
No. Visola is an independent app by a single developer. It uses the official Search Console API, but it is not made, endorsed or checked by Google or Microsoft.
Can Visola change anything in Search Console?
No. It asks Google only for read access. It cannot add or remove websites, submit sitemaps or change settings.
Where are my numbers stored?
On your device, in the app. Your sign-in sits in the keychain. Nothing goes to me or to anyone else.
Why do the queries add up to fewer clicks than the website?
Google leaves out rare queries to protect the people searching. Search Console shows the same gap, and Visola says when it happens.
Does it work with Bing?
Not yet. Bing Webmaster Tools is the next big step, so both search engines sit side by side.
